Album Review - Adele 21

Adele Adkins, singer and songwriter lands a brand new debut album named 21.

The soul and confidence in her voice has already pulled in hundreds of fans worldwide.

Her producer, Paul Epworth, co-wrote "I'll be waiting". Epworth also worked with stars such as Cee Lo Green and Florence and the Machine.

She was classmates with Leona Lewis at BRIT school in Croyden.

She wrote her first song, "Hometown Glory" at 16 years young. She has accepted the Grammy Award Best New Artist of 2009. Her earlier album, "19", came out in 2008, was huge in billboards of her hometown, United Kingdom.

Influenced by Etta Fitzgerald as well as other soul singers like Etta James; the style of her album, "21", is "heartbroken soul", says Adele herself. There is a beautiful color to this album with luxurious instrumentals and her voice. The album is very much worth buying, and the artist is very worth learning about and seeing in concert.

Here's a little taste of what she's got. Enjoy.
